 Journalist *Mustahsan Abbas Kazmi* has kindly revealed himself to our many readers in our web journal. He talks about himself, his illustrious professional background, his work strategy, and also gives advice to those who want to follow his footsteps professionally. Read on.

🛑 Who is Mustahsan Abbas Kazmi, what do you know how to do, and what do you love to do ?

👉 *Frankly speaking, I had always been my own boss. I am a decision maker and risk taker. I think and analyze deeply on each and every step. If I decide to take it, I start working on it. End result has always been favorable. I love reading and traveling.*

🛑 Can you tell us about your professional background and how you became the CEO of Blue TV ?

👉 *My full name is Syed Mustahsan Abbas Kazmi (both Syed & Kazmi are Sir names). I did my graduation in Computer Science in 2005 and started working in Computer Networking field. During my university, I started writing columns in Urdu which is my native language. Also, I worked for a FM Radio as reporter and news anchor. In 2011, I went to London where I had to shift my career in journalism completely. I was information secretary of All Pakistan Muslim League Youth Wing UK (a Pakistani Political Party).
On my return, I worked for Senator M Ali Saif as his Media Manager, later as an Editor in an English Daily. Forcasting the need of time, I started AJM TV which was my first online news portal.
Now, I am leading Blue TV network as it’s CEO.*

🛑How does Blue TV position itself in the events and lifestyle industry ?

👉 *Blue TV is multipurpose online media network which has three wings that are news & production, events and digital marketing. Though, Blue TV network is new in events industry but we have organized 9 painting exhibitions, 3 seminars and one Gala. So, we not only progressing with every passing moment but establishing footprints in the industry.*

🛑 How do you use exhibitions and networks to promote Blue TV and its activities ?

👉 *As I told you previously that Blue TV network has successfully organized 13 events till date. With these events, Blue TV network has created a powerful voice to bring change in the society. We have developed a strategy to engage our audience and followers and keep sending a message to them so they remember us.*

🛑Can you talk to us about your digital marketing strategy and how you use it to reach your target audience ?

👉*It’s difficult to share details as we treat every event uniquely and develop marketing strategy separately. But, we utilize all trade and digital marketing channels to reach our audience.*

🛑 What are the future projects of Blue TV and how do you plan to achieve them ?

👉*Currently we started working to organize a Women Bike Rally in Islamabad to celebrate International Women Day in March 2024.*

🛑What advice would you give to all those young people who dream of becoming CEO and excelling in digital marketing ?

👉 *I believe, being CEO one has to exercise his patience and tolerance. A success of a CEO directly depends on his patience against mis-commitments, mistakes and misunderstandings.*
